| DELIVERY
Every order placed before 12noon can be delivered
on the same day anywhere in the u.k. (Excluding
Sundays and peak periods of Christmas, Valentines,
Mothers Day and Bank Holidays) We are also members
of TELEFLORIST so therefore we are able to deliver
flowers world wide (please contact us for more
details).
All orders placed for delivery within the u.k
have a standard house/delivery charge of £
4.50 regardless of how remote the recipients address
may be.
During peak times please place orders at least
day before to avoid disappointment. |

| AVAILABILITY
Please note that we do endeavour to carry out
orders to be as near as possible to their description
however occasionally a substitution may be necessary
thus resulting in a slight colour change or selection
of your chosen flowers, subject to the availability
of the FRESHEST FLOWERS , if a substitution is
made then your order will be of the same or higher
value and we will do our best to notify you of
any change before the order is delivered.

PAYMENT
We take all major credit cards and will also accept
personal cheques, however cheques have to be cleared
before a delivery may be made so please allow
for this when placing an order. |

GUARANTEE
We are sure that you will be 100% happy with your
purchase however in the unlikely event that you
are dissatisfied please let us know within three
working days and we will be happy to replace any
item free of charge. |
